My husband and I attended the Parish Council meeting last week which we found extremely interesting. We have registered our objections to the proposed Bentfield Green development on Taylor Wimpey’s website, mainly regarding the proposed access routes via Rainsford Rd and Bentfield Rd and also, which they seem not to have considered, the impact of additional cars travelling to and from the station via Chapel Hill, where stalemate is often reached at rush hour times with the present level of traffic. Can you also please advise the level of patients the proposed new health centre will be able to accommodate. Have they taken account of the cumulative effect of all the proposed new developments and will the new surgery have capacity to cope?
